The last court hearing my DH attended they orderd us to have a custody eval. (state of PA) The judge then dismissed it because we couldn't afford it ($5000.) We have court comming up againin December and are attempting to gain full costody of my step son. In the state of PA can primary physical custody be switched without a custody eval??
