Anyone know anything about these? DH's lawyer has suggested that DH request one. BM's mouth is running to her children- saying some really insane stuff as we come closer to court date.

If one is granted, will DH's lawyer need to be present, or will it just take place with SSs and judge in judge's chambers? Will court date be kept or will judge make decision based on information given that day?

If I was not convinced of her mental state before this, I am now. She must be really suffering.
