SO and BM were ordered by a judge to go back to mediation and modify their CO. Way back in May, after BM's gross misuse of their old (well current) CO and all it's loose loop holes.

SO thought it was all done in July... he waited and waited for them to send out the final copy so he could sign it, (all while BM still walked all over him), end of Aug he finally got the call from his lawyer to go in and sign it.. which he did...

September he gets another call from his lawyer that BM wont sign it. She wants to change exchange location and she want's to inspect our home blah blah blah.

Judge calls them both into a judicial conference (SO couldn't go as he was sick), judge ripped into BM about all her nonsense and waste of tax payers money (she get's full legal aide, doesn't have to pay a cent out of her pocket) told her to grow up and sort their issues out and that there is no way the courts will give her access to our home etc.

That's when SD's lawyer (kinda like GAL) contacted SO and asked if he could inspect our home just to put everything to rest (BM made it sound like we are trailer trash, when in fact, we have a nicer and more kid safe home then her), inspection went well.

Now, SO and BM are meant to go to mediation tomorrow, but on Monday, BM's lawyer said he wouldn't be there.. we suspect BM might now be either... tomorrow is SD's 4th birthday.

BM has instigated EVERY court proceeding. Every issue with this modified CO is HERS. BM has refused to sign CO's etc. What will happen if she doesn't show up to mediation??? (SO's lawyer told him to be there) Any insight or advice for his situation will be greatly appreciated, TIA
