Hi does anyone know where i can download this book? Im in Australia and cant download from amazon or itunes, does anyone have a copy in pdf?/ many thanks

Well, I had some issues with that for a while. I discovered that if I use PayPal as my form of payment, because I still had my old address in the US, even though the CC that PayPal bills is out of the country, I have no problems with purchases then. Might want to try that.
