So many things to say but not sure where to begin..... This is a wonderful place to vent and has amazing advice and people who sometimes understand so well I never thought possible. I hate seeing when people feel like they have to be on the defense to explain why they feel the way they do. Everyone has their own opinion. Some agree and some don't. Not a single person has the same situation going on and so some things that work for one won't or don't work for another. I may cuss and complain here, but it is so I calm down and can think and speak in a more responsible and proper manner to the frustration I am faced with. I would not treat my skids any differently than I do my bio kids if that were a possibility. Which would include yelling, disciplining and speaking to them in a tone that isn't sunshine and happiness. I am not mother of the year. I don not put my children down or try to make them feel stupid, but I can bring a dose of reality into the conversation. I can be extremely blunt and my thoughts generally are and how I convey them in a situation can be strikingly different, but boiled down, it is the same. Some people need extra fluff, children and grown ups. I may think "hey that was effing stupid" but may say "there might have been a better option". So if I ever offend anyone on here I am sorry. May it be during a rant or a reply.
