So on Tuesday we eloped up in the beautiful mountains in Dahlonega.  The ceremony was very  nice, sweet and simple.  DH teared up most of it....I fought mine a few times.  Loved the ceremony site and minister we had.

Was a very long day- with loading car and dogs in the Outback and then driving there was HORRIBLE traffic-we were an hour plus late to our own wedding ha!  He snapped some pics (minister) w/my phone of just us and then us w/the pups and we were off to our cabin.

Been enjoying the solitude and quiet and relaxation the last few days.  Today looks an inside day as it's POURING down rain....we have card games, pool table, board games-sadly tomorrow we return, when we booked we hadnt' decided on eloping then so we don't have enough days and it's booked back to back sadly.  This cabin is absolutely beautiful!!!

It's odd-it feels different and not- after all we've been together 10 years and already live like married people-there just seems ot be more of a permanence/dedication and seriousness in our approach to making this work and giving our best...I'm sure the newness will shine off ha!  But we are both pretty happy.  Calling eachother husband/wife all day lol.  And now I get to use DH 'properly' w/out a stalk member having a fit hehehe.
