Hi friends!! Totally OT here- so just for some inquries on your thoughts.

 Lately I've been having some thoughts on some issues that affect women- men are welcome to comment as well.  Since this has a varied group of ages and many of you I've 'known' for years, I was wondering what your thoughts were and if I'm terribly misguided in my 'antiquated feminism' views.  

It came up during a different forum discussion, a guy was telling his wife he didn't like bum scrunch leggings -if you haven't seen them, I'm warning you it's UGHHH yuck to me, hurt my eyes lol.

So, as mentioned last, SD came and asked DH to do another DNA test, probably hoping (all of us) the 1st one was wrong.  It came back the same as the other one, DH isn't her bio dad.  It's like being crushed all over again.  Overall SD seems to be handling well all things considered.  She is still at MIL's- however her plan is on track to move out.

It's been some very hectic and emotional days for sure.  SD stopped by yesterday w/a in-home DNA test as wanted to know for herself...well BM is pushing her of course,\ but she has every right...so DH did it and now awaiting results. 

My DH had some missed calls yesterday am from SD- and admittedly he is horrible with his phone- I'm kind of surprised she didn't call me though, as normally she reaches out to me as I answer.  I'm guessing she was in a really bad head space. 

My MIL texted last night that our grandson got badly burnt on his arm at the babysitters and was having skin draft surgery yesterday.

To note first off: He is headed home this am and did well.
