Skid free wknd NOT

Only thing worse than having the skids on a non skid weekend(happens too often) is having the skids + a skid friend over.

One time, DH went to pick SD up and she jumped in the car... and so did her friend. DH knew that that would not fly with me and told the friend to get out. I love him.

This is the kids primary house. They are only with BM every other weekend. Unfortunately they are going to have friends here more and more. SS10 said something about a sleepover...nope. DH has to work in the morning and ill be here alone with the skids til I go to the dr. I jad no problem jumping in and saying NO. Dont trust DH to think it would never be ok to leave me with an extra kid. Bad enough the skids are here tomorrow

In a conversation I was having with SD she told me about how much her best friend hates her step father and one time the two girls made a trap for him at the top of stairs hoping he would trip on it and fall down. Some time later SD asks me if her friend could spend the night. She told me who it was and I was like "nope".

Do you know why she hates her SF?  I would tell my SD if any possiblity of abuse, she should tell her friend to talk to her guidance counselor, they will know what to do

Yeah, kids wouldn't plan a trap for an abuser. Abused kids do everything they can to avoid conflict with their abuser.

That is awful about trying to hurt their step dad.  If the skids ever did anything to physically hurt me or destruction to my property they will be at their mom's or a foster home.

How is SD with you? Thats just so wrong
