i had my work review yesterday and in my opinion it is COMPLETE bullshit having someone review you and tell you the bad you're doing at your job when they dont even know what it is you do. i was told i've been seen on the internet - i said yes probably around 1030 and again 3ish. i said that's when i usually take my breaks. some people go for a walk, some go out and smoke, i look on the internet - i'm not on inappropriate websites - usually the local news stations and yahoo. they had nothing to say. they claimed i hadn't completed a task when it was due - i was able to prove with emails that i had notified my "manager" (i use this term lightly because she cant do the job of the people in the dept she "manages" but when she was hired she wanted a title) i was able to get the heat pushed back on to her and not me.
it overlaps into a lot of what i read on this sight about inlaws and other people telling US how to deal with stepkids when they dont have any themselves. you dont know the first thing about the hell i go through with these shit heads that invade my home whenever they want - that eat the food i have bought for myself for lunch, that make messes, dirty my dishes, towels, expect me to be their maid - and then i'm told that i'm not handling the situation correctly. well sorry but shut your mouth until you know EXACTLY what it's like to be in my situation.
