The BioMom Fails AGAIN!!!
So I haven't written in some time, mostly b/c there has been way too much drama so I will give the short story. We went on vacation, great time was so much fun, the surf, sand and water. Everyone had a great time even the sk's. So we get home and wham the storm started. The SS told his mom some really stupid lies, to get attention from her, like that my husband beat him. This ended with all of us in court a OPA and a month long stress fest. Of course the biomom lost in court and we did prove that she is feeding the kids nothing but bullshit. So now we are going back to court, but this time we are taking her four custody. wish us luck, this is not going to be a fun adventure for us.

I wondered what had been happening with you...had seen any posts in awhile. Terribly sorry to hear about the trouble. Certainly am in your corner. I can't quite understand what is wrong with these biomom's but they seem to have some screws loose. Full custody is still hard to get, even with the biomom feeding your SS lies, unless you have documentation that will stand up in court, it usually ends up being a losing battle and you end up wasting your time, energy, and money. I know that you'd very much like to have full custody, my husband and I tried for it, but irregardless, it is so difficult to get with the court system, the way it is. I've been through this stuff and the court system for over ten years now and just don't want to see you manipulated by an attorney who will tell you anything to take your money. Let us know how things are going, as I know things are difficult.

All the details....
We got back from vacay things were going fine, and then wham the biomom conducted the scam of the century. she convinced the sk that my husband had beat him, told him to cry to the dr's and that would make me go away. So then she goes to court and makes all of these outlandish accusations, like we beat him and he hates us. She stood in a court room in front of a judge and told a bunch of bs. What she didn't realize was that the court will appoint a lawyer (that has no contact with either parent) just the child, all alone. So the lawyer met with the SK and guess what, there was no proof, she cried so hard in the court room. That part was funny, but now we have the lawyer who did go to the judge and state that the mother does not have the children’s' best interest in mind. She wants to turn the sk's against both of us and at whatever cost. This all went on for 1 month, we didn't get to have the ss stay since we got back but she let the sd stay over, so now we are all together this weekend and for the first night it was strange for me. I was just giving them space my husband and ss. Yesterday was a good day we did sit down and talk so we will see what happens.....
