A few weeks ago I posted about how I had picked up the slack for BM and had been running all the kids to and from summer camp nearly every day. Well Saturday morning BM came over to pick up my 2 SS. They had been with us for a while since we went on a week long vacation. Well BM asked DH if I was home and he said yes and called for me to come to the entry way. She hands me a little gift bag with a gift card in it and says "Thanks for all your help with the boys this summer and for all the driving around that you did. I really appreciate it." I nearly fainted!!! I of course never expected a thank you from her so this was totally a surprise to both DH and myself. It is nice to know that she does indeed realize everything I do for those kids.
