im really starting to see that stbx H isnt really that good of a dad. Hes so selfish. and on many occasions he wouldnt go get sd if the weekend where he got her it wasnt a payday weekend. (lived about 120 miles away from her) He was always talking about wanting to get her fulltime, but then he would say that he didnt want to get her a weekend because he wouldnt be able to focus on her and show her attention because his mind would be elsewhere. You dont pick and choose when you are going to be a parent! and when I first met stbxH him and bm didnt have a custody agreement. He just saw sd twice a week on his days off (thats when he lived closer to her as well) but then a bug crawled up her butt and she quit letting him see her.

We moved to this town and 6 months went by and he wasnt doing too much to try and get sd back, he was going to hire a lawyer ONLY after he paid off his credit card balance, which was about 3K, he was like I dont want to go in more debt over this. BUT YOU DONT WANT TO SEE YOUR CHILD?! His mother finally stepped in and paid a lawyer for him. After over a year, he finally got his credit card balance down to 2K. So if it wasnt for his mother, he probably still wouldnt of seen sd.

I am glad we never got sd full time because alot of the school stuff probably would of fallen on my shoulders! Now he can deal with bm and I dont have to sit back and wonder why the hell he doesnt want his daughter, or how he can go over a month without seeing her. I know in some cases men and women view children differently, but when he was talking about wanting her fulltime, I think it was just for a control manuever over bm, he feels that bm has 'the upperhand' since she has physical custody of sd.

He tried to pin down the reason on him having to drop out of school this semester on me. and he wanted me to pay for his classes. YEAH RIGHT you POS.
