I overheard a conversation between FH and SD while cooking dinner this evening. I didn’t hear exactly what he said, but SD’s response to FH was:

“She babysits us WAY more than you do.”

I know she was referencing me. And while I think “babysit” isn’t necessarily the best term, I’m thrilled to know someone else besides me pointed it out. Especially since the other person who pointed it out is one who FH holds in such unconditional and high regard.

And I didn’t even have to say a thing! Sweet sweet truth and validation.
