BM: "It's between me and you so we can deal with it".
Finally got the letter from mediation services today!
They have their mediation on June 4 lol
Anyway, this is the second time now since March that they are going to mediation, (back history real quick: BM wanted to lower SO's time to every other weekend because its "inconvenient for her and confusing for SD" even though he has her every 4 days for 2 days at a time right now.
They went to medation, the ref. agreed with SO that the parenting time should stay they same, BM freaked out and filed to take it to court, her lawyer convinced her at the last minute to go to mediation again...so here we are.
Well, on THIS letter (not the last one which is strange but whatever) mediation services states that either party can bring people with them to the meeting if the other party agrees.
So, SO emailed BM earlier today about the exchange time tomorrow and asked if she wanted to bring anyone, because he is okay with her bringing anyone she wants (because no one she has could possibly help her case, but if she wanted to bring someone then he could bring me).
Exact quote from BM: " I didn't plan on bringing anyone, this is between me and you so we can deal with it."
okay, thats fine I somewhat agree (despite the fact that it really ISN'T just between the two of them)but really? "we can deal with it". As if this is something that they are working on together lmao, nooooo YOU my crazy crazy dear are making US "DEAL WITH IT".
She then goes on to say that they can meet at the usual halfway point for exchange unless he is going to be in *her town, then they can "meet somewhere more convenient".
Convenient for who??!
I HOPE, HOOOPE that they get the same ref, so once again he can rip her a new one on how it doesn't matter in the slightest what is "convenient" for her.

If "they" could deal with it,
If "they" could deal with it, they wouldn't have to keep going to mediation. She is the one bringing others into it.
exactly! Not to mention there
exactly! Not to mention there really isn't anything that needs to be "dealt with". If this wasn't taking up valuable time and energy it would be almost humorous.
Gah hereiam you took the
Gah hereiam you took the words right out of my mouth.
I'm pretty sure that is the
I'm pretty sure that is the case here as well but I think BM's newest BF is just an idiot considering he willingly only sees HIS children every other weekend and does whatever his ex wants, so being with BM is probably "normal" for him.
