Per the brand spanking new CO BM should of picked up the kids at 9am. SO ended up getting called into a one day job (better than nothing) so I'm watching them with the understanding that when 9:30 rolled around and BM hadn't picked them up he would ask her why since that's what she had HER lawyer put and that next time she needs to discuss ahead of time either someone else getting them at 9 or asking him to keep them till 4 (she gets off at 3:30) and per the order he WILL be picking them up on his Fridays at 9am so she needs to either A. make sure he knows where the kids will be and that her care givers turn the kids over to him at 9am (her parents have said they won't)or B. she can drop them off at our house on her way to work at 6:30am. That if he isn't given the kids on his days at 9 am he will file contempt (she's already in a tizzy of the insurance card she's supposed to provide) She had no idea when she signed the CO it was entered and signed by a judge the next day, she'd never read it, she has no clue and he's said he's going to beat her with the CO till she either gets right or gets it right.
I'm not surprised she didn't show to get them or send someone
I won't be surprised if he doesn't say a word to her,
I won't be surprised when she has a fit that he didn't take them to daycare (she never asked and the plan was since he was supposed to be available they don't need daycare)
and I won't be surprised when it's closer to 6pm when she shows
and she's already asked if SO can watch them tomorrow as she may have to work.
Oh yeah she's gong to be pissed if SO hasn't gotten home yet that I'm the one watched them.
