End of last yr when me and hubby were discussing how to address ss attitude/behaviour etc because home just isn’t harmonious, hubby admitted whats the point of ss going to university when he lacks basic life skills (aka is a f*#king idiot) yet he knows it all when he sees our daughter at 1 yrs old eating veggies asking dad angrily “why is she eating veggies? She can’t eat that!!”

or “why do babies cry?”

and the best one is hubby runs a bank he’s like a snr vp in admin. Ss then 19 opens a bank acct and needs dad to transfer some money in since he’s living on campus and will get some money for basic expenses like food etc and he lectures hubby in yhe car how he needs to transfer the money now or it won’t arrive in his acct in time. Hubby says its a 48 hour turnaround time and he’ll do it tomorrow so it’ll arrive 2 days before he needs it. Ss proceeds to lecture hubby how he’s just worried it won’t arrive and it takes time. Hubby tells him i run a whole bank, i know the ins and outs and processing times and all the systems used, don’t lecture me on the banking system. Ss needs to have the last word to show he’s better and says “just wanna make sure it arrives on time”, hubby ignores and doesn’t respond

other times when inlaws are over and we’re all talking about our kids as 4 pf us had a few kids in the past 3 years and love catching up, ss needs to make himself important and ask something random like “dad, can you take me to the store tomorrow” or “why is there no coat hangers?” Everyone in hubbys family just looks weird at him but ss thinks he’s so smart since everyone is staring at him now 

what he doesn’t realise is hubbys family know the 3 sk are beyond messed up thanks to no nurturing bio mum who basically palmed them off and hubby was so focussed on his career and building savings as the sole income earner so they know all 3 skids are just awkward
