While I didn't have time to reply, I did read and advised my SO on what was recommended. Along with mentioning it to the therapist who also recommended emailing BM, so that it was documented. I would really love to talk to someone from CPS to know official steps. I like what one poster said about temporary custody, because I do know that BM will ignore it and accuse SO of being jealous of her BF.

Also, I completely agree that BM would star grooming SD12 on what not to tell us. Thankfully SO has pics of the texts.

Anyways, just wanted to send thanks for the advice.

Also, SD12 currently acts like she is annoyed by the texts, BUT I've seen her play this game before. Where she will tell daddy what he wants to hear and then turn around and say something completely different. So there ya go. So far her texts haven't been that encouraging to him more the "kk" or "thanks"
