Pretty sick of SS and DH right now
SS13 was grounded for a month (has about 2 weeks left) due to being a bully. Cursing at kids, adults, and shoving another boy in the neighborhood. DH told him he was to be reading, doing chores, or doing homework and that's it. Yeah right- had to remind DH this morning of grounding because he was trying to let SS13 watch a movie. DH is horrible with grounding, the kid has done approximately 6 chores in 2 weeks.
SS13 besides being a bully, is way too immature for his age. Even his teacher notices this. It's extreme, he's on par with a 5-6 year old. Anyway, he threw a fit last night because DS (1.5 years) received a basket from the "bunny." Said it wasn't fair and we told him Easter is for kids who still believe in the easter bunny. So he proceeded to go "I believe in the easter bunny" over and over.
Then the little prick this morning said that he didn't come downstairs when BS was getting his basket/finding eggs since he (DSS didn't receive a basket). He said this in front of dh and I and I was the only one that commented how rude it was. BTW, we did get him a very large chocolate bunny, my mom got him one, and he got candy at school.
I'm so sick of the self absorbed, entitled attitude. And so sick of DH not sticking to being grounded.
Kicker? DH plans to re-hide the eggs so SS13 can find. I stopped doing that at like 9-10. Time to grow the hell up. He's almost 14, he's lucky he got anything for Easter IMO.

I totally agree with you. He is to old for it. I would probably take DS and go out for the day and avoid seeing it cause seeing it will make you more angry.
