BM trying to overstep---the cycle begins again

prayerhelps's picture

SD17 is required to be in tutoring by CO---"DH shall obtain tutoring for SD for any class she is getting below a C in. BM shall make sure SD is at tutoring for any scheduled appointments during her EOWE visitation." This is a 17 yr old, who is very busy. DH has 2 of her 3 tutoring sessions on the weekends right now, because both tutors can only do it on the weekends. Fine. BM has a problem w/this. So she tells DH NOT to schedule anymore tutoring sessions for HER(BM), that she will do it.

Hello----We don't schedule for you BM, we schedule what can be done, around SD schedule and tutors schedules. What do you all think? Is she overstepping since requirement says "DH must obtain tutoring" and "BM must take SD to said tutoring."

BM already tried to TELL DH that since tutoring is on Fridays from 4:30-5:30 DH would have to meet her for a swap. The CO states that BM is to pick up SD from school on Fridays (so DH doesn't have to deal w/her) and BM is to take to all tutoring sessions during her visitation. BM admitted her error there, so now she just wants to change everything around that took some time to set up. FRUSTRATED TO THE MAX

Seriously, why do some bio-parents have issues with taking THEIR kids to something that will only benefit them in the future? I've never understood this! Good Luck!

That is what I say. We run around all week as it is for this and that that SD does, including tutoring. Then on the weekends, we do the same thing for ALL our kids, including SD EOWE. Now is she going to try and change the tutoring again, so that SD does during the week some more (though tutors say they can't during the week) or just cancel on her EOWE visitation to make DH look like not following order--not sure what BM plan is--just annoying that she CANNOT be a parent.
