Sounds like somebody's doing everything right to get on the naughty list this year. I hope your DH knows where to get some coal for that kid's stocking.

Jealousy is expected.... but the boy spit in your newborn's face?? Your DH needs to do something about his kid. I know my kids would never spit again if they did such a thing.

Congrats on the twins, and good luck with everything!

Jealousy is perfectly normal in this situation. However, spitting at someone isn't. Your DH needs to let SS know that spitting isn't acceptable.

He could also be hearing a lot of negative stuff from BM. 4-year-olds really don't know how to handle their feelings so they act out. DH needs to both show and tell him how to handle his feelings appropriately and let him know through words & actions that you both love him very much and always will. Let him come to the babies. Let him know that the babies love him and really want to meet him.

Congratulations on your babies Smile
