I asked him what he was doing. I was thoroughly confused because he has never done anything like this before and I know he trusts me completely. He spilled the beans and told me that he is planning a surprise birthday for me on Friday and he needed a couple numbers from my phone.

How sweet is that? I am so excited and I am working on my game face - you know, looking completely surprised when we show up Friday night after FH takes me out to dinner to find all our friends and family here. I have never had anybody throw me a surprise birthday party before and I think FH is the most wonderful man in the world. I'll be 42 on Friday and damn proud of it!! I can't wait! What a great week and I hope you all have a wonderful holiday week too!
