I planned for SD10's Valentine's Day Party at the school for two weeks. I sent out letters to all the parents asking for donations and I had a great turnout. I baked and decorated the cutest cupcakes, bought decorations, planned a Valentine Bingo game, bought the cups, plates, napkins, and goodie bags. I arrive at the school, go to SD10's classroom and I see on the table we use for all the food - two big containers of cupcakes.

FH is going to tell BM tomorrow about us seeing a lawyer and he's going to tell her that we're sure we will win full custody since BM's second DUI a couple weeks ago.

He's going to tell her that she can fight us on this and he will seek full custody with little to no visitation and make her pay child support OR she can agree to us having full custody and we will bring the skids to see her and bring them back home basically whenever she wants......and she will not have to pay any child support.

We are going to consult an attorney this week.

BM signed SD10 up for soccer.......HER decision, no discussion with us at all. BM got pissed that we are making her pay the WHOLE $60 for this - ha, go figure. (we paid $140 for softball)

So this past Saturday was the first game. I had been asking for a copy of the schedule since last Monday. I heard every time I asked "mommy forgot, she will give us one tomorrow". I quit asking after Thursday. Sometimes I think BM will purposely not give me the things I ask for just to get on my nerves, so I will NOT ask for another schedule.
