Wish I could be so lucky

I find myself jealous of my DH for having AWESOME SK's. Yes they're my kids and no I'm not being biased. They treat him with the utmost respect and love him like he was their own BD.
He has no clue just how fortunate he really is and wouldn't last a day in my shoes.

I agree with you totally. My bios love DH BECAUSE I set the stage for zero tolerence for anything but respect and proper treatment. I dicipline my children and support DH if he asks things of my bios to ensure they listen to him and follow suit. I don't dump my bios on DH and I allow him to choose when to participate. I don't expect him to love them like his own, they aren't his.

I wish DH did those things for me where the skids were concerned, if he did, we may have some relationship today.

I agree, My DH would have left me a long time ago vs put up with what I have to .

I too agree completely with you. My BD9 is a great kid, manners and respect. If my DH asks her to do something, she knows she has to do it. Skids on the other hand- lazy, ungrateful adult children. SS18 has 2 strikes against him and I sometimes wish Strike 3 would come sooner than later, so I can kick his disrespectful butt out!

My BD will NEVER treat DH how his kids have treated me, or she will be in serious trouble.

i think this all the time! and my Dh got great inlaws too..wish I could say the same
