Let me tell you.....H shocked the h**l out of me. He wasn't going to give her the cell back and he was mulling over what to do about it. We threw out putting controls on the phone for the time being.

SD13 apparently sent H an email (probably counselor's suggestion)asking if she could go to a concert in April. He's thinking he will use the concert as the carrot with the cell. She can only call her mom, him or me. No friend's or texting or she forfeits the concert.

He'll be speaking to her today about it before BM picks her up for Spring Break. We'll see how it goes. SD has been on her best behavior lately, so hopefully she will see this as a good opportunity to redeem herself for recent bad behavior.
