We just went threw the courts and got a regular set up of parenting time. It has only been in effect for a little over a month. We were schedualed to have sd on the first saturday of april. BM text my husband and says well you cant have her those weeks the court order will be changed because i am moving back to Michigan on easter permently. She has to have permision to leave the state but she is saying because she is moving back to the origanl state that she does not and there is nothing he can do about it. She is moving and that is that. So first of all can she move back without consent. She wont tell him were in michigan she is moving wether she has a house or a job lined up. Witch were assuming no since she left michigan due to no jobs. Her boy friend and her broke up so she is running again. In the last year she has moved sd 6 times and has lived with 3 diffrent guys. Is there anything we can do to stop her from moving right away. Shouldnt she have to prove that she has something set up and shouldnt she have to tell us were she is going to live? Im so frustrated i thought things were going well since we finally got a set visitation schedual. Sorry about my spelling im kinda suck at it

was the custody order final? because if so...no she cannot just do whatever she wants. bring her in for contempt.

If the court order says she needs permission to leave then she needs the court's permission. I don't care if she is moving back to the original state. I would file a emergency with the courts to stop her from going.

As far as my husband and i know cause BM decided she wanted to go back to Alabama. She has to give 60 days notice and you are able to reject or agree atleast thats the way it is in Washington state
