Well BM (who hasn't seen the kids in a year save for 2 supervised, 3 hour visits. And STILL hasn't done a damn thing she was ordered to do by the judge) had the kids over Christmas break. DH and I picked the kids up friday, and as soon as they got in the car DH and I suspectect that it had been ALL about sd7 the entire time. Yesterday and today are re enforcing that thought. BM does EVERYTHING for SD 7 from carrying her around ALL the time to simple things like, feeding her and totally ignores SD 10. Yesterday, SD 7 bumped her head. Not hard just enough to make her step back and she started this "I demand attention BABY ME" fit. DH told her flat out she was fine and that if it had been serious we would have said/done more than just look at it. SD 7 looked at DH and said in a real snotty tone "MOMMY BABIES ME" and DH told her "well, your fine for starters and Snoopy does not baby you, neither do I" SD 7 then started in with a hissy fit (usually SD 10 does this, but she's been GREAT after coming back from BMs) so DH sat her in his office and told her when she could behave, she could come out. Then last night SD 7 demanded that I give her chicken nuggets for supper, because "mommy gives me what I want" well tough sh!t. You'll eat what is cooked.
The kids don't go back to school until Wednesday, and SD 7 has already started in with her "helpless" act, I can tell it's going to be a long day. DH and I are back to breaking habits that BM let's them do, in 9 days that woman has undone what DH and I have done for the last year. *sigh*

Nah, she is just pushing yur buttons to see how much mileage she can get.

I wonder if Miss7 likes the idea of going to bed @ 7pm "like babies do"? I wonder if she likes watching princess cartoons because, well, she is a BABEEEEEEY? No age appropriate stuff for her.

As for her pissy comments .. "Is your mother here? No. And as she has to make up for a WHOLE year of not taking care of you in a few days so I suppose she WOULD baby you a bit. So your choice is either behave like you usually do of behave like a baby and get sent to bed at 7pm whils SD10 stays up MUCH later because SHE is behaving properly. I give you 15 minutes to make up your mind. Oh and BTW, babies have afternoon naps in their rooms."

This will put Miss7 in her place and alxso give Miss10 some brownie points for being so good.
