I personally think she FINALLY started going through the emails FDH sent her and she had a smartass text comeback for each one.
FDH did NOT respond to these texts, I just wrote MY own commentary after them,...

Here are a few:

"By the way, I can communicate to you through the kids if I choose to just as you do."
-Um,... no, BM it specifically says in the divorce court order specifically NOT to use the children as tools for communication between the parents. And I don't know what instance she is talking about where FDH USED the kids as the ONLY way FDH was giving BM information. The kids might have told BM before she read her emails, but FDH has always made sure not to use the kids to tell BM something,... he would never subject them to her backlashing of killing the messenger. Are you really that stupid that you just gave FDH written proof that you are breaking the CO and don't care?

"I Do Not have to read your emails. There are no papers signed by us and a judge saying otherwise."
-Actually BM you are right about that,...However there are several other things not specifically listed in the Court Order either, such as: Primary, FDH does not HAVE TO read your texts either, or answer your phone calls, or listen to your voicemails, FDH does not have to let you talk to the kids when you call, FDH did not have to get a cell phone for the kids so you could contact the kids when he was not with them,... the list really could go on and on,...
But parents HAVE to communicate about their kids,...So why are you trying to shut down that mode of communication????

-And we are back to a huge fat NO BM,... FDH had to get a lawyer because there was no written visitation in place for you BM. You were just showing up to pick them up, and showing up to drop them off, and randomly calling FDH and telling him to drop off the kids and telling him to come pick up the kids and were demanding to have EVERY holiday and EVERY weekend (that you wanted) THAT is WHY FDH got a lawyer,... AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDD BM,... YOU WANTED EMAIL COMMUNICATION YOU DUMB BAT!!!!! For over a year, YOU kept bugging the shit out of FDH because YOU KNEW he did not have internet at his house!!!!! As soon as he got internet and started using emails to communicate YOU got a royal hair up your butt and decided THAT wasn't what you wanted anymore!

FDH is going to continue to send emails, he will continue to respond with emails to her texts and voicemails. He will continue to send a "courtesy text" saying "check your email" since BM claims she rarely checks it.
The way I explained it to FDH, BM is continually negating herself,... she is digging herself into a huge hole, let her keep doing it. Don't respond to anything she sends unless it is involving the kids specifically and requires a response. Let herself look like a fool, and record the whole process...
