OK, Sooooo
I have given her space even though it has proven to excite my ulcer, haha!! My SO is due back from Tybee tomorrow and I am getting the feeling that she is really missing me, ( ie. I cut off ties, conversation, and general longing for her). My SO has stated that she is curious as to how I have been and doesn't want 'cats and dogs' arguing in the future. It really has never escalated to 'cats and dogs' in my opinion but, I am keeping it light. I sincerely hope that she has taken this time to realize just what she wants and where I play into that if at all. Hey, I do have a say, she is going to have to earn back my trust and confidence!! I was just hoping to keep you all updated. I find it difficult to believe that crackheads can beat their woman and they come begging for more but I have bent over backwards, and get it in the rear.

Kevin, dear Kevin
Three things popped out to me from your blog...
1. You still truly miss and love this woman and are having a little bit of a hard time honestly and truly "letting go".
2. You are rewriting history in your brain. When we lose someone or something, we tend to forget the bad and concentrate on the good. You say it never escalated to "cats and dogs" , but let's not forget the restraining order and calling the cops on you. That's worse, dear Kevin, than cats and dogs. That's more like lions and hyenas!
3. You find it difficult to believe that crackheads can beat their woman and they come begging back for more. To use your anaology, your SO is the crackhead and you are the beaten woman..... going in for yet another round.
I'm sorry sorry sorry if this sounds mean. I don't want to hurt you. I just want you to move on and find what you truly deserve, a happy loving peaceful mature relationship!
Best thoughts to you...
I don't think you had much
I don't think you had much choice but to give her 'space' she's been in Tybee for goodness sakes! See if you can say the same thing 2 weeks from now...when she's right down the street from you.
Well.....
I have never thought of another man, and I still don't. It was a trespassing order and not a restraining order but that's really a moot point. Yeah, it IS going to get real interesting in the next couple of weeks, I agree. She keeps writing (when asked to dinner), 'we are not at that point yet', and I understand her reluctance because I feel it too. The road from here is not easy, if it was so, perhaps it would be an easier choice.

Is a No trespassing order with the police involved really that much better than a restraining order?
A while ago I asked you "what is it going to take to get your to walk away"? At the time, you thought that was good advice. Now you are qualifying and making excuses for those actions. What's next?
And, what has changed? She keeps writing you and you keep asking her to dinner and then she says no.
I'm so sorry that you are hurt. I just honestly feel that if you would move on and find someone else, you'd be in a much better position to say "no" to Ms. Tybee Island, who made plans to go with you and then decided you couldn't come.
Please.... do yourself a favor and find someone else. I'd even suggest moving, if I knew it wasn't so darn expensive to do so.
