School shopping
Not looking for advise, none to really receive, just another blog to show how dumb bm REALLY is.
bm has sent numerous text messages inquiring what size school clothes to get ss6, my DH has told her numerous times what size clothes and shoes with LACES! Well SS6 came home this weekend from an overnight at pa-pas because she isn't allowed to have sleep overs, and visits are suprvises, but she stays the night.... Another story! Anywho we check out the clothes she bought him, out of 10 shirts, 3 fit him!! She got a 2T shirt, a few 5-6 and a few 8?!?!? I was like wth? What's the use of going back and forth if she's not gonna listen! DH told her that she got wrong sizes, she turns around and says something to the fact of well "if I was able to take him shopping to pick out his clothes like last time, they would have all fit" I call BS! She has never paid for school clothes!!!! I honestly think the clothes were stolen, a size 2t? Wow!
And DH has mentioned that she's brilliant, really? Haha dumb ass!

Hummmm....
How about a bm that can't seem to figure out how to enroll her kids into school or daycare?? Skids are going to school in our district but bm INSISTED she be the one to enroll the girls ages 7 & 12 as well as INSISTING she enroll ss (3) in daycare. BM enrolled sd (7) in a school outside our boundary & was able to do so by using the daycare (that she was looking in to)'s address... Instead of using our home address as required.... even though I called the school & verified this is what bm did as well as talked to the district bf believes bm's version which is that she did use our address but the daycare transports to the school so they accepted her.... Hello... The daycare also transports to the school within our boundary so that doesn't make sense but whatever.... We wanted sd to go to the school out of our boundary anyway but there is a right way to acheive a transfer... BUT bf didn't want me to rock the boat & mess up sd going to the school we wanted anyway so whatever.... Now we find out that skids can't go to the daycare now because there are no open spots? WTF?? When I called there was availibity but I was told we needed to act quick because spots fill quick.... Well clearly bm did not act quick (as usual...) so now with school starting on the 2nd the skids have no daycare lined up... No place to go after school.... Bf is choosing to believe bm when she claims that the daycare "screwed her over". Seems to me that bm was given registration paperwork & was told there were open spots & to get the paperwork in.... She didn't so the spots were given to someone else & instead of taking responsibiliy she is just blaming the daycare... Of course. I don't get why bf believes everything bm says when I check up on what she says & prove it's not true.... Also forgot to mention that we wound up (successfully) enrolling sd (12) into her school to take some responsibility off of bm's plate so she could just focus on sd (7)....
uhhh
That tops mine! what a brilliant one you have on your hands as well
Prolly like our BM
The size thing....oh my. SS8, last year, is small for his age but still wore a size 7 slim jeans. She would send him in a 5. Waist fit but they came half way up his shins, so she compensated by getting him high top football cleats. I started taking the size 5 for my grandkid and swapping them out with the right size jeans i would get at Goodwill. I swapped out 5 pairs of jeans.
SS15 wears a kids size 18 or 20 or I guess adult 27 - 28 waist. He comes in size 32, 34....BM must've got a sale on mens size 36 underwear cause that is all he wore. BF is a size 36 and this kid DEFINATELY doesn't wear a 36.
She buys the 8 & 9 yos shoes that are 3 sizes too big so they don't grow out of them.
I have no problem with yard sale or Goodwill stuff...but make sure the stuff fits.
