Stepson got in trouble today at school " what a big surprise" not

So 9 year old SS threw his folder at the teacher today at 8:30 this morning. School starts at 8:00 am. He told DH that the teacher asked him to put away his books and he didn't want to do so. This is not the first time he has thrown stuff at the teacher. DH told the teacher to send him to the principal's office which she refused to do. DH is at work now so he will not be home to discipline him. I have no idea what to do because what I have been doing(taking away video games, tv, and toys) even spanking is not getting through to him. Any advice?

Why does SS9 have so much anger towards his teacher? Be careful they don't try to press charges on SS9 for assault. I used to work for the school district. I was a teachers assistant for a kindergarten class. We had an autistic student. He once told me that he was going to cut my tongue off. I was approached by the school principal and she told me that if I wanted to I could press charges on him. Of course I didn't but I was very surprised to hear that.
