She is mad because we stopped playing her childish games so she is trying to get to us through CS! ughhh i hate this B*ITCH!
I really want her to leave US
I really want her to leave US alone and let us live in peace, we don't bug her!
She will probably never leave
She will probably never leave you alone. I think also that it depends on the court, you could have 50/50 and still pay, but not as much.
Quick funny story - My brother-in-law's ex wife just took him to CS court, he had to pay her 900 a month, but because it was 50/50 it went down to 450, then brother-in-law pulls out a letter from their son that said if his dad has to pay CS he would go live with dad full time. The court told them if he moved in with dad by that Friday that he wouldn't have to pay any CS. He moved in Friday, but his ex agreed to accept 65 a week, and his son moved back in with her. She cheated on him and that is why his son16 did that.
OMG! I love this!!!

Depending on what the
Depending on what the difference in BM and DHs income is, this might blow up in her face.
BM 3 tried to get CS from DH when we first got together even though they had 50/50 because she thought he was making bank. Turns out I'M making bank, he's making less than her, and now SHE is the one on the hook for CS. We don't enforce it because we don't need it and we actually really get along with her. She just had a moment of BM crazy. She's medicated now and is no prob to deal with.
If you DO end up with DH having to pay, be sure and put CHILD SUPPORT on your checks. Never give her cash. You can pay it through your attorney or through CSSD also, so you have record. If not, she can come back later and get him for arrears and interest.
Mommybear: I make more income
Mommybear: I make more income than my BF does and BF makes less than the BM.
In addition, they consider
In addition, they consider CHILD CARE. Normally, the man pays this, but.... it could be split. Are the children in DAYCARE? Also, they will divide medical expenses... Who provides medical insurance? That is also considered. Whoever does gets a "credit" of sorts for doing that. CS is complicated. Normally, when BM goes for a change, she will go for the throat.... childcare, increase in support, medical, dental, college expenses for the future..... get all your ducks in a row. And... if you are the GF and not the new wife.... that helps.... if you are the NEW WIFE... your income will not be considered UNLESS you combine your finances. (in some states).
And if you have 50/50 custody.... but one parent can prove they actually have the child more like 70 - 80% of the time.... CS goes down. Get out the calendar and start logging the days and times.
Good Luck.
