today my step sons mother called to remind us that she is with holding visitation this weekend... sigh will this ever end? its like a horrible dream. me and my husband miss him so much and i dont know how much longer we can go with out him. hopefully she will calm down soon and let this child see his father. i know she is only doing this because of me. she hates me being in their life. she hates that my ss goes home talking about his "lissa". she literally punishes him for talking about me. its so unfair to him, even if i am not in the picture he needs his father. now we can just contiune with the endless battle of court dates and paper work... someone please help

Is there a court order? If so, file contempt and don't let her intimidate you. If not, get one asap.

I am sorry you are going through this. I know what its like as a SM. I hate seeing my DH being upset because his EX is keeping his kids from him. She has gotten smarter though over the years, now she tells the kids they are going to the movies, or going to thier grandparents, or soemthing fun so "they" decide they don't want to come to see their BD. and if my DH says anything about it, then he looks like the bad guy for not "letting" them have fun by doing the fun things with their mom. They live 3 1/2 hours away, so we only get them EOW.

Take her to court. File contempt charges.

Don't put up with her thinking she holds all the cards.

Also, you may want to consider changing your user name, it is too specific. Some members have had problems with names and BM's finding them on the site....

i cant beleive that... i dont know what i would do if she turned him agiasnt me. he is only four so i hope that we will have time to bond but not if he is not around. some would agrue that he is even easier to brain wash becasue of his age Sad
