I blogged a few weeks ago about how my electric and phone at my home were mysteriously cut off supposedly by "me" calling to cancel the accounts. I called every company I did business with and set up passwords for all of my accounts.

Apparently that was not all "I" did that day. Apparently "I" also made a report to the Department of Revenue for the State of Florida accusing the company I work for of not collecting/reporting/paying taxes appropriately.

I can assure you of this I DID NOT make that call/report. I am the one responsible for ensuring that state sales taxes are collected and paid. One of my main job responsibilites which apparently the "true" reporter did NOT realize.

State investigators walked in this morning, looking for the person who handled taxes. Did a double take when I gave them my name and asked why I reported myself. My boss and owner of the company has now been drug into the same mud that BM has been dragging DH and I through for months.

My boss had to drive two hours to be here with the auditors who are currently pouring over all our books to prove everything is on the up and up. They are all in my office and I am playing secretary and answering phones. I want to curl up into a ball and just bawl my eyes out right now.

Wow, she really has no boundaries. I am so sorry this is happening.

One day that karma bus is going to nail her and you will get to sit back and watch... just think about THAT to keep you from melting down. It's gonna be GOOOODDDD when all of this crap catches up to her.

Maybe it is time to start fighting fire with fire. Do the same to her. Thank God my BM is twit and to stupid to ever do something like that!

That is so incredibly f*cked up. DH often asked why I NEVER wanted to talk about anything personal about us with SD. She reports right back to BM. And it sounds like you're BM is cut from the same vindictive, nasty b*tch cloth as ours. I really hope that you are able to prove it was her, and get charges pressed against her. Harassment, defamation, emotional distress...that just scrapes the surface. She's declared war on your life. I am so sorry this is happening to you.

OMG that is totally crossing into crazy!! What a wacko!! I hope she ends up in jail for this and that they can prove it was her.

That HAS to be illegal. Maybe your company can press charges directly - BM will be put back into jail sooner than she thinks at this rate.

This is exactly why I do not want my DH's kids and BM knowing any of the details of our life. They have tried digging, and it will not work, but you always wonder in the back of your mind...how far would they go?

Holy crap that's messed up. Kind of makes our dealings with psycho-bitch seem somewhat normal. I hope your employer stands behind you and I would definately press charges!

Hi,

My name is Karma and I am about to seriously kick some ass.

Jess, relax I know you did not make the call. Audit is over, just ended. Results are in 2008 the company over paid taxes to the tune of $1264.12 and in 2010 over paid by $1.06. The state owes me money. Please note the dates of these errors were long prior to your employment with me aka not your fault additionally I have never asked you to audit prior years so you would have had no reason to find these errors on your own.

I have a copy of the complaint, which does have the phone number listed on it that the call came in from. Call came in from a land line on the opposite side of town from the office at a time that you were physically in the office already clocked in.

No, you may not have a copy of it. The report is going to the company attorney who is being unleashed to create hell on earth for your 'stalker'. Your BM attempted to take a bite out of a much bigger bitch than she could ever hope to be. Pop some corn, sit back and enjoy the show as she gets schooled in methods of bitchiness that I assure you, she never thought of, does not understand the meaning of and will not comprehend until long after she has a lengthy prison (not jail) sentence attached to her name.
