How long before you got married?

I'm not sure why I'm thinking about it, I'm in no rush to remarry heck I'm not even sure I will want to after what I went through before. However I'm curious how long for those of you that are married were you dating before you got married?

It took me three years to start to date. I don't see myself marrying again for many more...

We lived together for 7 years before DH got over his first marriage to NPD BM enough to even consider remarrying. I had also been married for 24 years, 2.5 times longer than DH, but my breakup was a lot more civilised than his.
He proposed to me after 7 years and I accepted, we have been married for 3.

We met on 21 January, and married on 3 June. That was almost 7 years ago, so we figured SOMETHING out, anyway.
