Im praying that the spawn dont reproduce.  Not only for my sake but it will make the world a better place

Announced they were expecting, I knew it was the beginning of the end for me ....(as far as any semblance of a happy life)

I have 4 skids so im thinking at least one of them will probably reproduce. Sd20 is not a looker and is 100+ pounds overweight. SS12 is kinda cute but adhd/autism and annoying as hell as well as inappropriate, a know it all and obnoxious. Ss11 is a goofy looking red headed step child with no eyebrows, overweight and also obnoxious and a big mouth. Hopefully these traits will keep them from mating lol. Its sd17 im worried about reproducing. She just lost 25 pounds, dyed her hair, gets the nails done, eyebrows done, everything done and she looks damn good! She will be the one to reproduce and end up divorced when her personality disorder comes out. She will be the typical BM we hear about on here and she will come running back to dadddeeee when her husband dumps her. I feel sorry for the step mom who walks into that situation. Hopefully she doesn't want kids cuz she's too narcissistic and vain. Right now she's seeing a 20 yr old from work who lives with another girl and the all work together and like each others statuses on Facebook. Fml

are homely, lipless, dumpy and moonfaced with the collective IQ of an earthworm.  That gene pool needs clorox, STAT!

Cool, he can get one of them pregnant and then the other can be SM and they can post awesome "family" photos altogether and get applauded for "putting the kid first."

Yes we Facebook stalked the "18 year old" she was seeing after she lied about where she was and turned her phone off so she couldn't be tracked. Thats when we saw he was 20...hmmm another lie but then I said no he has a girlfriend that he lives with we must have  the wrong person.  Turns out right person. She doesn't mind working with a guy and his girlfriend and most likely screwing him or she wouldn't have lied and his her location.

If I have to see one more video of the grand skid doing literally nothing I am going to put DH's phone in the driveway and back over it repeatedly.  An occasional one is fine but the avalance of her eating, in the bath, running down the hall, and laughing at a movie is beyond excessive.

What I put up with, DH snaps photo after photo (literally) 10 pics of the kid doing absolutely nothing, then an hour later, DH is sitting in his recliner gazing lovingly at the pics- before bed he is sitting in bed gazing at the pictures again--I honestly have never seen anything like it in my life- obsessed

with the skids, themselves.  Erecting shrine after monument to the "glory" of his biological extrusions.  Chef used to stare at YSS like a would-be lover.  Nauseating!

For fun go to the store and buy an ordinary potato for some real nice photo shoots.  Real wallet worthy.

"And here's "Spud" sitting on a paper napkin"  "Here he is rinsing in a colander..."

Jcksjj's picture

That is the funniest thing I have read in a long time. Think of all the fun you could have with Spud.

rolling on the countertop like that!?"

Caption under Spud: "I only have eyes for yoooooouuuu"

Sooo many great photo ops with xmas coming up too. Put them up on the fridge right next to the grandskid photos of them doing similar things.

Having flash-backs to "pet rock."  At least "grandchild potato" would be less expensive and you can eat them when you grow tired of the joke.  Smile

I am rolling--actually had the visual too. OMG lol

When I married DH being a grandparent had never crossed my mind. DH has made a couple comments about looking forward to being a grandparent and how he can see the joy in it because "they're like your kid."

The first time he mentioned this was the first time I thought oh, sh*t, I think I made a huge mistake getting married to him. Because when SD is out it's only a matter of time before the cycle restarts and grand skids might be even worse.

I am a Granny too, and NOPE we are not obsessed.   I have friends that cant wait for "GRANDBABIES"...gosh I hate how people call 12, 13 year old kids taller than they are "Grandbabies". Must be a southern thing.

Anyway---we love to spoil but no way are we obsessed. We have stuff to dooooo. Like travel and still raise our minors at home.

Hey, start booking trips ????. Maybe buy a RV, a Couples Rig...good for visitiors for a night or two, not comfy to long visits? Wink

That is what a lot of GP's do.

My friend has a grand baby and is obsessed, I never see her anymore because she's always on grandma duty, and when we do schedule to get together the grand baby comes with her.  It really gets annoying, I mean don't get me wrong the baby is cute, but it's almost like my friend feels she's the mother.

I don't have any good advice because I don't even know what to say to my friend.

I have 3 bio grandchildren but I am not obsessed with them.  They love DH because he plays with them a lot.  I worry about either SD24 (likely) or SD23 (unlikely) reproducing, because of what DH might be like with them.  He makes a lot of fuss over his grandskids, so lord knows what he'll be like with his daughters' sprogs.  I certainly won't be leaping to babysit them.
