I think SD just died of embarassment

I went out and got a dark black bob wig and clip on earrings and a halter top. I clipped one of the earrings on my bottom lip like SD and put on one of my longest black skirts and the halter top with my small baby bump sticking out. I even went over the top with eyeliner.

SD was in the living room watching Netflix with a friend. I just calmly sat beside her. She looked at me and was like are you serious right now. I was like " What I'm going for a more mature look". SD looked mortified her friend was dying of laughter and she said I looked really cute. SD ran in her room screaming about how annoying and embarrassing I am and slammed her face in the pillow screaming. After she calmed down she walked pass me in a huff I asked her if I looked good and she said I looked stupid.

DH told me to take off the wig and he could not stop laughing. Hopefully SD sees how stupid she looks and will change her style. Thank you to whoever suggested I do this and for making this journal worthy moment happen.

Oh tell your mom I said thanks. I never would have come up with that if one of the members here hadn't suggested it. I'm sure you would have died if your mom did that to you lol. I went through a tummy showing faze in my teens. My mom is not the leanest woman so if she were to immulate my style I would have died lol lucky she just told me to dress like I want to be treated and gave me a speech about being a tramp. But that would not work for SD so she had to learn the hard way.

I just think that with all the drama you've been through (and are going through) with your PAS-ed careless step daughter you shouldn't be looking for more drama. Especially since you're pregnant. I'd suggest you disengage, and focus on your husband and unborn child. What you did was stooping to her level, and just stirring up the situation for more drama. I'm sorry, I bet it was fun for you, but in the situation you are in.. You shouldn't be looking for fun but for a solution for a peaceful family situation.

Your welcome, }:) I know my way of parenting might be frowened apon by others, but my silly ways tend to work sometimes and im glad your DH got a laugh out of it too. if it were me doing it to my SD i woud have also included," Look we look like twins isnt that awsome?" and then asked for a picture together.....

As for this possible causing "MORE DRAMA" I have followed this story awhile and i think the SD is going to cause drama weather she did this or not, I'm proud that she did something about.

I think it is great!!! Good job, curious to see if it has long term impact. If not, do it again and in public...
