The BM in my case is far from perfect, but I found a lot to empathise with here in terms of the frustration of your partners family continuing to maintain a direct connection with your partners ex:

Very sad for the author of that article, but in a selfish way it is comforting to know that I am not the only one! I suppose that is why I always come back to step talk!
