It's awful. There's just too many of these sad stories lately. It sometimes feels like our society has just lost all feeling for our fellow human beings. If someone bothers us all bets are off and we can treat them any way we want, occaisonally even murdering them. It's disgusting.

I can't even read stuff like that article anymore. My thoughts and prayers go out to the loved ones of the child.

I'm of the opinion that if you don't like someone, cut them out of your lives. Don't kill them.

I didn't see this one, but ran across a sorry yesterday where a 17 and 15 y.o. girl had been abusing Assn autistic boy mentally, physically, and sexually for years. They had recorded it ALL on their cell phones. They were reported to police by the 15 y.o.'s mom who found it while snooping get daughters phone.

:jawdrop: OMG! I am glad her mother turned her in....how sad that this went on for so long! It would be a tragedy any way you look at it but it's extra tragic because the boy had special needs. Poor kid.
