My DH and I knew DSO 25 years ago before he got BM knocked up...seriously they dated 2 months maybe. BM was pretty. She was also an obnoxious person back then, just chattered constantly with not saying anything, so I didn't care for her. Maybe I knew what she was underneath bc I always felt DSO could do better than her.

Now she is just bloated from all the drugs she does. Its not fat, she just looks swollen. Her mouth has a permanent downturn in it so she always looks very mean.

So I see why DSO started dating and married her, she just went over the cliff at some point and her crazy came out.

She is also 11 years younger than me and looks my age or more.

I think DF's was "with" her just for the sheer fun. If you ask him ~ he wasn't in a said "relationship" ~ I don't think she was the only girl he was dating.

I dated him over 25 years ago ~ b4 BM ~ he would say that he & I were in more of a relationship than BM n he were.

Let's just say from a far ~ I get why he was with her. But as adults we can pretty much identify a personality disorder quickly now. As a young adult I don't believe he ever knew what they meant but he figured it out real quick n now knows it has a title. After meeting her I thought she was nice ~ but little did I know she was sizing me up. She knew who I was from his past ~ n I can't figure it out if she is angry he is back with me or not with her. But she says she doesn't want him ~ but she wants to control him.

Just seems little a how lot of wasted energy on her part. What a douche !!!

i've never really had to wonder what he was thinking. they were both fairly young, she used to be fairly cute and relatively normal, and he was edgy and a bit of a wild child. but they were both very different people back then.

she was a SAHM, and he said she started to change for the worse after mss was born. they split shortly after yss was born and she went on to marry the guy she'd been screwing for a while.

towards the end of that relationship she got worse and worse, and it's all been downhill since.

BM is not a bad looking woman, to be honest She went through her anorexic phase, she has but some weight on but she is out of shape. The weight would look better if she firmed up. But she always looks disheveled or frumpy. Last night at YSS football game she wore her typical jeans, sneakers and her "football," shirt with YSS last name on it. (which is NOT her last name since her and SO were NEVER married) oh not to mention she's BROKE and out of work and living off the fucking welfare system but can afford personalized shirts, anyway getting off track. The shirt was TOO tight and you could see the back fat over lapping her bra, her hair was messy looking and she just looked plain and frumpy. IDK maybe it's me. Even casual I like to look "nice" If I don't want to wash my hair I put it in a hot bun and always wear earrings and lip gloss.

Her personality is what makes her ugly. She is spoiled, selfish, self entitled gold digging spiteful witch.

DH was young and dumb. Got BM pregnant pretty early into their relationship, got married. He didnt really know her. Honestly I think my DH was looking for any woman to nuture him, as he did not get that from his own mom.

BM used to look decent. Now- um not sure much. She sure hasnt aged well.

What bugs me is that he knew 2 years into their marriage that she was a fruitcake, yet he stayed married to her and had TWO more kids. Ugh. That is what bothers me.

I can't say DH was young and dumb. He certaintly was dumb. BM was seeing DH's friend from highschool, said friend brought BM to meet DH. Dh's friend lived with his mommy, DH had his own apartment, was looking for a roommate.

Yep, she moved in, got married, got pg- twice, and divorced. BM has the look of one of those backwoods hillibillies you see in horror movies. BM is 450lbs currently and is missing most of her teeth. She doesn't wear clothes that button or fit for that matter, last time I saw her she was wearing a mens tank top, no bra (eww) and pull on mens shorts.

WAY TO GO DH. I say to him you were with that, and now you are with me. OK so am I the one with the bad taste now. LOL }:)

I feel really bad for DH. He was a victim of his own delusional belief system and a victim of his own ego. His new religion told him what kind of life he was supposed to have so he found an brainless dolt who was more than happy to play the part of the "empty vessel". Being with someone who was inferior to him in every way gave him an ego boost that lasted until the reality of it sunk in: other men he knew had partners, he had a dependent woman child who gave birth to two more dependent children.

When he left his religion, she went insane. She became a more extreme fundamentalist than she was before. So when he left her, she used that patriarchal religion to justify her sense of entitlement.

It makes me ill to think about him that way. I can't even imagine what he was thinking back then. I do know that he calls her "The Biggest Mistake Of My Life" but his regret is really twofold.
