The night EH and I split up, he ripped my phone out of my hands and took it with him. On Sunday he brought it back to me, but there was something different about it.
I never understood why he gave it back, the police said it was his word over mine and they couldn't force him to give back the phone. And all week he has been sending me emails telling me if I'm not nice to him he will cut off my phone. The plan is under his name which is being switched this weekend. But last night I got an email that got me suspicious. He said Friday he would be going to pay the phone bill for me so I wouldn't have to worry about being with out a phone. All of a sudden, he's paying mine and my sons phone bill?
I then remembered a news story I had watched that morning, about stalker spyware one can install on someones phone if they can get access to it for five minutes. He had my phone for two days. Then I remembered how strange my phone had been acting the last few days. If I wasn't at home, or at work it would come on automatically. I kept getting notices that my GPS was accessing and last night when I had gotten home some how with me having to touch my phone at all because I don't mess with it while I'm driving, my phone had taken a screen shot all by itself.
I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure EH put the stalker app on my phone. I can't catch him, because to get a forensic diagnostic on my phone is way to expensive but I can foil it.
I'm getting my phone comepletely wiped today after work. I was told by four phone places once I hard reset it and clean the SD card anything that was put on it would be taken off. No more spying.
I'm kind of glad he did that, another reminder of why I have to get away from him.
