It's going to be a helluva weekend!!
This weekend DH and I and all five kids are climbing aboard a charter bus to head to State Hockey finals for two of the kids. It's exciting. Us hockey moms have been making signs and noise makers, planning snacks for the bus, etc etc.
Why is it going to be so interesting??
1- both my exH and BM will be aboard the same bus. That's right folks, 10+ hours on a charter bus with two of my most favorite people!!!
2- both my exH and BM will by default be staying at the SAME hotel as us as it is a group on the bus and we will all be together ALL weekend
3- AND THIS ONE MY FRIENDS IS THE GOOD ONE....exH and BM are SHARING a room!! That's right. Cuntree and Douchebag are sharing a room to save on the expense. The ride there is free, due to fundraising efforts by every parent on the team BUT those TWO, and we got a deal on the rooms, but they are going to share. And what does that mean? Well it means that if they were going they were supposed to take the other kids that belong to them in their room so DH and I didn't have to rent two rooms for seven of us. But then this little plan occurred. And now there will be 7 of us in ONE room because our block only had so many and the hotel is overbooked so no additional rooms are available.
Drinks...lots of drinks will be available on this bus...I'm going to need it.

O.M.G. I just.. ... Say
O.M.G.
I just.. :jawdrop: ...
Say wha???
Poor you (and all 7 of you this weekend!)
You must be crazy.
You must be crazy. }:)
And how funny would it be if
And how funny would it be if BM and your EXH started dating.
This is what I was going to
This is what I was going to say! That would be so weird...
I'm thinking a whole damn
I'm thinking a whole damn bottle!!! :jawdrop:
I am soooo looking forward to
I am soooo looking forward to the updated post AFTER this trip!
I'm telling you...it's like I
I'm telling you...it's like I could have my own reality TV show!!
This whole them sharing a room is so weird...and EVERY.SINGLE.PARENT on the team is just like "WHAT??!!" They are first surprised EITHER one is going, as they don't EVER attend a game that is held away from home ice. They are only simply going because it's a free ride.
The kids are like "There is NO WAY we are staying with cuntree and douchebag!"
My 8 yr old is weirded out by it. My oldest daughter was like I will sleep on the floor, in the bathtub or in the same bed as you and DH before I will sleep in that room!!" OSS is like "yeah, the floor sounds good with you guys"
So these two idiots, who no one from the team cares for, will have a big old room all to themselves while we have seven of us crammed into one room.
The comments and jokes that have been flying amongst the other hockey parents have actually had me in tears at times they are so fricking funny. I can only imagine it will get worse, then add a little alcohol and who know what someone may say!!
Add on top of that, the Cuntree likes to drink and can't hold her liquor, and the last time she indulged a bit too much and I was in the vicinity, she crossed a bar room full of people to walk around me to get right up to my face and scream obscenities at me. She made a fool of herself. I just smiled and said, "oh did you have something you wanted to discuss with me?" So yeah, this should be interesting.
All I can see is these two basically ostracized by the entire bus and having only themselves to chat with which will I'm sure add to Cuntree's aggravation.
I already have plans to have a whole plastic bottle of liquid ex eliminator on my body.
They both have significant others, who apparently don't have a problem with this. Which shocks me as Douchebag's live in gf was texting me two weeks ago about his problems with honesty and she thinks he's cheating on her. Now she's sending him to spend three nights in a hotel room with another woman! Mind you, there is nothing, and I mean NOTHING remotely attractive about this woman, but both of them have been known to nail anything they can.
And don't worry fellow STalkers...I will def keep you updated!!
Nope, I refuse to allow
Nope, I refuse to allow either one of those two assholes to dictate my life in any way, shape or form.
My DH and I haul the kids to every game, every practice, pay every dime associated with four kids playing the sport. DH is the coach of the team and needs to be with the players. I have been the team "mom" arranging hotels, fundraiser, etc all season. I have put in countless hours of my time to fundraise. I refuse to allow either one of them to take this experience away from us. The kids honestly don't even care if those two are at the games, but they expect we will be there cheering and supporting like always.
There are 11 kids on the team (two of them being mine and DH's), therefore 9 other sets of parents. We are a tight knit group. We are all friends. The other parents are only looking forward to them being on the bus for the comic value they figure they will get out of it. And I'm sure those two will not disappoint.
We are State finals bound. Second opportunity for my two...and I will let nothing ruin it. I am secure and comfortable about who I am and the only ones who will feel uncomfortable is them.
