KD is the mom. McWatt is the Judge. Medusa did every single one of the things that this mom did, and also lost custody.

McWatt stipulated that K.D. is to have no access to the children except in conjunction with counselling, including a special intensive therapy program for children affected by "parental alienation syndrome." The mother must bear the costs.

I'll bet!!! All the GUBMs probably didn't waste a moment trying to comment about how this is sooooooo unfaaaair and how they were trying to "protect THEIR children from the evvvviiiiil father and stepmom" (TM)

My DH's 2nd wife lost custody of her child (oldest was aged out)because of PAS almost 20 years ago in a small Southern state. The oldest was so PASed that she changed her name to my DH's at 18 and refused to acknowledge that her bio father existed. That was part of the court testimony that eventually made the court give custody to the father.

Now for the kicker - at some point DH's ex started having an affair with her "hated" ex - several years later not right away. She left DH and remarried her ex - they'd been divorced for years as she and DH were married for 15 years.

I've never met any of them and hope I never do although now they only live a few miles from us. I did wonder how she convinced the children that their father was no longer such a horrible person.

I haven't been to Step Talk in a few months and it's nice to see something that brings hope rather than bringing me more tears.

Omg. I saw this nutcase on dr Phil. I've been reading through her blogs. She is crazy. Another Betty Broderick. If I were her exh and his wife, I would be very very scared. She's decompensating more and more with every post she makes. She has alienated everyone around her. She's been kicked out and forbidden from going to Sanai Temple. I'm waiting to see her on the ID Discovery channel. She needs help but she won't get it. Her writings are crazy; she rants and rants about the same thing over and over. All her daughter asked was that she take down her crazy website. She states that her daughters request is "unreasonable" as her website helps millions. How grandiose. She's a real wackadoodle.
