Happy dance- one less skid in the state!
Looks like OSD packed up her apartment (that she broke her lease on/got evicted) and her, her DH and the 2 kiddos have moved out of state!!!!!!
Woot woot! I have a little more pep in my step now! She's a good 6 hours away.
For most of mine and DH's relationship she and her DH lived 6 hours away in another state and things weren't so bad. As soon as she moved back to our state (about 15 months ago) it was nothing but DRAMA with her. More drama with BM, more drama with the other girl skids.
In the 15 months she was in our state, she managed to get picked up on a warrant from the state she moved from, got put on probation, lived with BM, got her own apartment, lost her apartment, had about 6 different jobs, lost her car, got another car, lost that car, claimed to be taking custody of her step daughters, to then no longer seeing them, have her DH arrested for DV, file for PO, file for divorce, get back with her DH several times, have a boyfriend, maybe cheated on DH another time.
I really hope she and her DH get their lives together for the sake of their kids.
I feel a little selfish for being so happy but when there are 4 skids and 3/4 hate you and you find out 1 of those 3 you won't have to worry about as much- it's a good feeling.

Oh and I forgot to add. She posted on FB about how she really learned who her real friends were when it was time for her to pack and leave and she will remember that next time those people need her help. Ummmm hellloooo- you moved on a Monday during the day, most people are working during that time.
And her other post about how much she is going to miss her family, tagging BM, DH and her siblings.
On a side note- I bet BM's DH is THRILLED they are gone. He has had to deal with their drama from day 1, up close and personal.

Odd thing- I swear, DH seemed happier yesterday. He seemed less stressed, more attentive to me.
He doesn't know I know she is gone. I was being nosey on FB. I'm not going to mention it to him either.

I hope they moved somewhere with stable family support. It sounds like her kids are living a nightmare thanks to their loser parents.
Edited to add that I don't mean you should have been the family supporting them, just that it sounds like a stressful life for the kids involved.
Yes, her DH's brother and his
Yes, her DH's brother and his family live there. They seem like decent, stable people. I just hope they don't spread their negativity to them.
In our state they should have had support. However BM doesn't support, she enables. She thrives off the drama, even if it's at her own kid's expense. While she is always "there" for her kids, she's doing more harm then good.
Then there is DH who doesn't want to deal with any drama and especially if BM is going to be involved because she is that Crazy.
It is SUCH a HUGE weight off
It is SUCH a HUGE weight off your shoulders to know that skid is not close enough to "stop by" or "meet up" or whatever. Not saying that DH shouldn't see his daughter, but I know you know what I mean! Enjoy!
