Deadline For Registrar To Get Back To Us With SD's Refusal
So thinking of a drop dead date for the registrar to come back with SD's refusal of Chef's request for her attendance status. True to form, SD will just put it off if approached. I'm thinking 30 days. To recap, Chef, per FERPA is entitled to see SD's attendance status due to him claiming SD as a dependent on his taxes last year. So if we don't hear by Nov 4th, it's off to the attorney's office and hopefully, fingers crossed, constructive emancipation for her.

In my state, the child or the CP has provide proof of enrollment before October 1. MSD did not do that and SS is still at our house so we filed for Motion to Modify custody and are asking BM for child support. I am freaking out because BM is going to start trying to bribe SS big time.
Fingers crossed for you!!
Fingers crossed for you!!
One problem with all
One problem with all this.
The girl is enrolled which is all the information they may have to give you. Attendance isn't kept the same as it is in high school.
She may not be going but unless she drops out I don't think there's much you can do to prove that.
On the bright side if she's not going it should impact overall grade. Along with other poor grades from missing work and stuff she'd be put on accidemenic probation next semester. If she doesn't shape up she's done.
