So the question so have is just thst. Ss doesn't want to come to our boring house. The mother I swear is bi polar at times. She swings from telling us he doesn't want extended time at our house to dropping the visitation order as a threat.
Skids have always told us they don't like our house. We don't do anything fun. They don't want to come.
We a lot of times force the issue.
We are tired of forcing the issue. SS is 15. At what time do you say fine I understand call me when you want to cone over and let it be?

Biodad needs to get an iron clad visitation schedule and enforce it. Eventually they may PAS out. (Parental Alienation Syndrome taking hold firmly due to the BM's trashing dad and SM)

My first question is the same as when SD complained that "All dad wants to do is watch tv." (which is, of course, an exaggeration):
"Who gave you the idea that you were coming to visit your dad for him to ENTERTAIN you??"
And if I am in a REAL mood, I might follow with:
"What types of 'fun things' do you do with your MOTHER??"
In our case, the only things they really did with good ole MOM was go out to restaurants. Otherwise, she let them go hang out where ever and with whomever they wanted. Was it good parenting? Probably not. Was it FUN? Of course!!
You see, dad didn't allow them to go where ever they wanted for fear of the wrath of PB if something would have happened to the poor dears while they were out of his eye sight. He did however, attempt to take them fishing (they don't like to touch the worms or fish), hunting (they didn't like the bugs), road trips (they didn't like the sitting in a car), softball (didn't like to get sweaty), sledding (too cold), etc etc etc....

Basically as told by our lawyer...then reinforced by the mediator....
visitation was adjusted to father to have the spawns ss13 ss16 at one day a week to be decided upon by the parties....(was told it had to be agreeable to me too)
That being said....as it is now a court order....as the children are over the age of 12, they can not come [yay] if they do not want to.
NO COURT ORDER CAN BE PROVIDED TO ENFORCE VISITATION DUE TO CHILDRENS AGE. AND NO JUDGE WOULD MAKE A CHILD VISIT HIS OR HER PARENT IF THEY ARE AT THE AGE WHERE THEY CAN DECIDE BY THEMSELVES.
So lets hope the little shits dont come...as they have defamed me, my kids, my husbands sister and their father in an attempt to break up our marriage -
