So the judge is fed up with this case and took the trial date off the calender. Mediation has not worked 3x they tried and the judge said to abritate. His soon to be x wife refuses arbitartion bc her deal is so sweet. Is there any justice for a man wanting a divorce?

Has your BF consulted with another attorney? This all seems very strange to me. For DH, the money separation was the easiest part - they had formulas for how you divide everything and it wasn't up for debate. If the judge is fed up, that means the attorneys aren't doing their jobs.
