Change of Drop Off's

How can i change the pickup/ drop off place to get my son? would i have to change the court order or when i drop my son off i can state to my Ex we will be meeting a police station?

That depends. Are you the custodial parent or the non custodial parent?

Is there a reason you want to change the location?

Your first step is to contact your ex in writing that the pickup location is now the police station. Make sure you give plenty of advance notice (don't try to do this an hour before pickup/dropoff).

Be advised that if there is a court ordered pickup/dropoff location, you will need to go to court to have it changed, and you will likely need to show cause.
