Who else is counting down the days until SKids head to their other parent for the summer? I know I am happy looking at the calendar right now! She hasn't been nearly as awful this summer since I gave up and disengaged, but it's always going to be stressful and annoying situation for my biokids and me.

I'm sorry for your loss....of joy, freedom, potentially your sanity.
I certainly do the dread countdown before she gets here. I got lucky this year, she's leaving a little early to go on a family tri with BM. I jumped at the opportunity... "Honey, we should accommodate her to show cooperative parenting."

I'm counting down the days of Summer to end. 7/7 is a lot harder on us than 5/2. Here the kids go back early August so we have two weeks left of summer rotation. BM will throw her annual "Beginning if School year" fit to kick off the new school year and it'll be carpool lines and homework for us.
