Hi, Iooking for some help... What do you all do when you are sick and tired of all the crap?

Ok, i will try. Beee how do you with out changing yourself and how do deal with the indifference in which they treat you?

Jeez Treefrog! I spend a year and a half in therapy, and you sum it all up in one post! I'll just check in with you next time...LOL!! Seriously, what you wrote is the greatest truth I ever discovered...super freedom and lots of peace without all the vodka...tada!

Honestly when I get overwhelmed, I enjoy a nice glass of wine, a bubble bath, and telling my husband "I'm on break".
