My Husband is divorced and they had a separation agreement which the divorce goes off of. She has broken every agreement possible. During the separation she used his credit card to buy the kids Christmas presents from her and didn't tell him. He is military so his commander found out when the card was not paid for several months. Hacked into his email at least twice getting my new cell phone number. Constantly calling and yelling at him and when he don't answer she keeps calling she has also went as far as using their kids cell phone to call him. She admitted herself into the hospital so that he would have to take emergency leave to fly all the way from Korea to watch the kids. She actually told him this. It seems like there is not end to the things she will do. At this point he is visiting his kids for one's b-day and Christmas she has told him that she was going to take off and leave the kids so he could go back. He and I talked about him going to court to get custody of the kids because that is not a good environment for them. But he can't do so till May. Any one dealt with this before I could use some advice my patience is getting short with her.
